You can purchase wine dinner tickets at Lucrezia® Ristorante in Crown Point
or by fax at 219.921.1076.

When using pay by fax, please provide us with your name, email address, number of tickets requested
($60 + 6% tax), credit card number, expiration date and signature and we will have your tickets waiting
for you at our Crown Point location on the night of the event.
